hi guys.. i've updated my old school pc..

this is the result

AMD fx8320 @5.0ghz +0.125v on Corsair h60 + Noctua NT-H1
Corsair Dominator Platinum 1866 2x4gb
Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
MSI HD7770 OC Edition

i've already ordered a set of new NZXT fans, this is a continue work in progress..

Glad you like it! That's the idea, to everything matches.. The new fans are black and white, I believe that they will be more armonic with the rest..

10 days left to fans arrive.. Can't wait!

Ps. The speakers doesn't only look.. They sound pretty good too..

Sorry - has nobody noticed he's put 2 fans together in the front?

Other than that little bit of stupidity, it's really nice.

My last PC was in a CM690, and it's a credit to you with a non-modular PSU and extensions that you've managed to keep things that clean. Mind taking the other side off and putting a picture of that up? I'm pretty interested.

well.. it's the only intake I have! :p

anyway, they are gonna be replaced by a single 140 nzxt fan hehe

I am pretty impressed with the cabling yeah. Much better than what I did in my old one.

You know the second fan on that doesn't improve airflow at all? Just creates more noise?

Think about turning the roof fans the other way. You have top dust filters anyway, and it'd help the radiator a lot more, and give you a positive case pressure.

now it's not loud at all but in the future, i will take very much more care on the positive/negative air pressure of the case..

ps. i've upgrade the speakers to an Edifier r1600t Plus.. huge difference..
 
nice build, but.......


i clicked the link thinking it was a geforce gtx 690... kinda threw me when i seen the build.... hehe.
 
I'll have a few pics up of a very similar build later, also, i'm going for all black on my new build, I only wish I had a sabertooth though as they just look awesome with the thermal armour.
 
Looks pretty farking good! My GF has the nVidia edition of that chassis with the same motherboard and CPU. Something about that board just makes sense in that chassis. Also lovely job with the cabling. I found it exceptionally difficult even WITH a modular PSU to get everything managed AND avoid the back panel of the case bulging.
