Android phones!

So guys, i have a HTC Desire HD right now i use....but i find it a bit laggy...and ive been thinking about an upgrade....wondering what you guys think? Was looking at the HTC One X or the Samsung Galaxy S3.....Any advice before i go out and blow $600 on monday would be great =D

ive got a galaxy s2 and i would wholeheartedly recommend it, im looking at the S3 or the new note when its released but ive got till november for an upgrade. may just stick with the s2

I have the Galaxy S2 and it is the best phone I have ever owned. Super thin, super fast and super powerful. I would suggest you grab the Galaxy S3

go galaxy s3, i have owned a galaxy s (which i killed) and currently run a galaxy s2 (which i rooted and upgraded to 4.0.3 ics myself) and its the best phone i have ever had and from what i can tell the s3 dumps on the s2 from the same height the s2 dumped on the s.

oh that and i can't stand htc as had loads of issues with them over the years, i had a htc tattoo (introduction to android) and it went back 6 times in 8 months for repair due to crappy build quality

Yeah, I've used a few HTC phones myself, personally don't like them at all. Samsung all the way for me

galaxy s3 is a good choice i just replaced my s2 with s3 works great

Go the S3 got the 2 and had an S best phones on the market

Well I personally have a Galaxy Nexus. But for a HTC One X vs Samsung Galaxy S3. I would choose the Galaxy S3 because:
1. Touchwiz is a lot more refined than Sense 4.0, so the user interface is less buggy and more intuitive.
2. S3 has a 2100mAh battery compared to the the 1800mAh in the HTC.
3. Better camera, both in lens quality and colour reproduction.
4. Removable battery and SD card.
5. Samsung Touchwiz is smoother than HTC Sense. So the phone will feel faster.

There are two things that the HTC One X does do better than the S3
1. The screen is LCD2, and imho looks better than the Super AMOLED screen on the S3, the colours are more vibrant and bright.
2. The plastic on the HTC feels higher quality than the one on the S3, but if you get a case that won't make the slightest difference.

But it's best to try out both phones at the store if you can.

I too have the Samsung galaxy nexus and it is many kinds of awsome but my mate has the S3 and it is even better.

I think it might depend on what you use it for though. I barely use my phone for anything except calls, messaging and the internet. Total waste lol.
