Drag and drop just removes the shortcut. the app will still be there. you must go into the applications management to remove something completely, and if its part of the samsung bloatware, you cant remove it. Only removing the countless updates are possible.
I need to stop commenting on this as its reminding me how much I hate the crap they force on it now
