It does feel as though AMD have miss timed their 'leaks' and teases with Vega imho. I. Think they revealed they had working prototypes too soon, then it's been months with no hard numbers. I agree. The unveiling a few months back has left consumers feeling jaded, and we still have two months of waiting to go, which means two months of people buying 1080's and 1080Ti's.

Yes they seem to have left things a bit late although I can understand they want it right after the hiccoughs with Ryzen but I think they might have been better off releasing Vega a tad earlier and maybe skipped the 480 refresh
