AMD's latest beta drivers

so i decided to try the beta driver out, and i am amazed at how much its knocked my temps down on my card. i was running my card at 1025mhz on the core, with 1500 (stock) on the memory an the card was hitting 74c/75c. with the latest driver i have managed to bump the core up to 1100mhz, an it struggles to get above 70C is this because its just a beta driver, as i have never used beta drivers before an this has caught me totally off guard

i know i was quite amazed an confused at the same time, not a great state to be in after only one coffee haha :lol:

haha, it could be game specific, beta driver might manage the load of a specific game better... have you tried many other games/benchmarks with your new overclock?

no i have only tried it with the heaven benchmark at the moment

I to updated to 13.11 not noticed the temp change but they under water
i have noticed an increase in bench figures while clocks still the same
