Most current mid to higher end AM5 mobos support speeds up to 8000 and I highly doubt going beyond that is going to bring any meaningful real world difference, I think this is AMD simply trying to gloss over that to get people to buy buy buy.

The guy from Moore's Law is Dead explained why 10000 memory could be available by Zen 6 or Zen 7 and make up for a deficit elsewhere with the new architectures. I can't remember the exact explanation he used.

It depends. Current motherboards can do DDR5-8000, but it will be interesting to see what speeds will be achievable with Zen 6 with a 1:1 ratio. DDR5-8000 speeds are kind wasted on current gen AMD due to it needing a different memory to controller speed ratio (can't think of the correct term ATM).
