AMD will bring NVMe RAID support to X399 on September 25th

Call me crazy, but what exactly is the point of Nvme raid setup on the desktop market?

The prosumer market, combine this with ECC memory support and Threadripper owners can make their own professional workstation with relative ease.

Yeah, general users won't see a benefit, but to say the least, Threadripper is not designed for standard PC consumers.

Yeah someone trying to deal with raw 8k files would definitely appreciate this extra speed. No lag in scrubbing the timeline, etc.
