Well see we don't have keys anymore, not sure how it would work out.
Vega looks boring because we know next to nothing. All the leaks and focus is on Zen

A full retail copy which will come with a key will be transferable.

I recently installed win10 on a new pc with the key of a win 7 system builder license that was previously installed and upgraded to win 10 on a different machine. So that should not be a problem.

Doesn't matter what AMD comes out with i'm not changing, This is the only way they would every get me back is to come out with a CPU that don't just match Intel they need to blow Intel out of the water and i just can't see that happening.

For the company it would be good if they blew Intel out of the water, that was one of my complaints with some of their GPU releases where they only matched nvidia after 6 months +, because that basically means nvidia has half a year of free reign with no downsides, but for you as a consumer it shouldn't matter. If i was in the market for a new CPU and AMD released one which offers what i need at a better price then they would have my business, no doubt about it. And i had an FX4100, possibly the worst piece of junk AMD ever released.
