AMD Ryzen 2nd Gen + 400-series Chipset leaks - performance, pricing and more

Yeah, I don't see many Ryzen 7 users upgrading, though it could be enough to tempt users of lower-end Ryzen CPUs to go for higher-end models. Perhaps bring quad-core users to six cores or hex-core users to octo-cores. Depends on their use case and if they consider the benefits worthwhile.

I keep hearing fans of Emulators wanting to see Ryzen CPUs with less latent cache, which is something that is expected to come with Ryzen 2nd Gen. Raven Ridge already offers cache latency improvements.

This release won't be as revolutionary as Ryzen was, though it will be interesting to see if AMD's improvements are limited to clock speeds.

Depending on reviews, I may or may not get the 2700X, I'd also like a better looking motherboard and while the CH6 Hero is solid, I'd like the aesthetic options Intel motherboards get i.e Formula, TUF etc...
