AMD RX Vega pricing has leaked online

Okay prices. But still. 100w more if the leaks are right.
And the big question. Do they make money at those prices.

I just did the conversion and these are going to be the same price as a 1080 here so performance will determine if they are worth it or not, so all this rubbish AMD have been spouting about cheaper than Nvidia well of course when you are talking monitor so I think they needed to be more open about what they were comparing

So $500 would be just a hair cheaper than the 1080 and these things are expected to be a little bit faster so this could work.

So is this what they're gonna be called? The RX64 and RX54? Gotta say I ain't crazy about that. Doesn't exactly roll off the tongue.

watercooled version has 13.7 tflops, thats over 2 more than a ti, for the power draw its not ideal but still has to be considered as to why its so high

why is it only competing then with a 1080 is the question? i have a feeling something is going to change in the next two weeks in terms of gaming performance, it has the power but its not being represented on the screen at least with games anyway so there has to be something going on

It's not just Teraflops that matters. TFlops is more of an estimation of compute power, how it'll perform in situations that support such computational power. Games and even synthetic benchmarks don't strictly go by TF performance. The Fury X had more computational power than the 980Ti, but it took over a year before we started seeing that additional supposed power translate to higher frame rates in games.
