not even had 16.2 a week on my system yet!

I just wish one of these drivers would stop my R9 Fury card going to temps as far as 80c!..This is my 2nd R9 Fury card from Sapphire.

Sapphire tends to run their fan speeds very low, and let their cards run hot. Have you tried forcing their fan speeds a little higher with afterburner or something?

no, I was under the impression the fans would ramp up as the temps went up but I've barely seen it above 900rpm.

Give it a few days and expect 16.4 with fixes for The Division. seems both Nvidia and AMD need to review what they call optimised since mGPU is not working as intended. Quite alot of microstutter going on. Not to mention Gsync issues. I'm curious is freesync is presenting any problems if an AMD user can comment there.

That is what they are supposed to do. Those temps are fine. If you want it cooler, turn the fan up to about 50%

Also, I just got word this driver fixes the prior haze big in Garden Warfare 2.

Room temps?

Are you using the Antec 300 or Antec Aria ?

Are you using an AIO CPU cooler in front air intake ?

In either case, they don't seem to offer very good airflow and sucking in air being warmed up by an AIO in such a low air volume case, won't help with temps issues.
Better intake/exhaust fans, fan speed tweak, room temps of 20C, might help.

ok so the crossfire logo is HUGE and really annoying but it indicates whether your crossfire is actually working which is a decent feature considering I found myself often in the situation wondering if it was still enabled after I tabbed out of a game.

Considering I'm a yorkshireman which means window open no matter what weather I'd like to say pretty cool haha.

Neither case..Both of those systems retired to VMs for people at work to access....Current case is a Corsair Carbide Air 240...See Darkest Knight in sig.

if temps rise to hot, you can always try to take the cooling off and check the termal paste, my cards had a load of it and i fixed it myself, they run awesome now ;)

Back on topic ; its good to see AMD putting out lots of drivers imo, really proves they're working hard on it
