AMD will jump several nodes ahead with its Zen 6 Ryzen and EPYC CPUs.​

This would lead to a massive jump in efficiency. I think the I/O jump from 6 to 3 alone is huge. If I remember correctly Infinity Fabric is part of the I/O manufacturing process? If so that's a major boost to X3D.
 
Estimated to be coming around September next year, Should be quite interesting, I'll wait for the inevitable 10950X3D.
 
Moore's Law is Dead (one of the most reputable leakers in the industry) has said that they will be using both N2P AND N2X nodes for Zen 6. Depends on the specific application.
