This is a weak case I doubt it'll uphold in court. They didn't make any false statements. Unless they can be shown to be vulnerable to Meltdown this case has very little to go off of

They will be fine. Big firms like those invest more in lawyers than in R&D, and marketing together. That is why they are on top.

It's the American way.

1. Get very angry, disproportionately so at the merest hint of aggression. As soon as reply is received go nuclear, swearing and saying nasty things about mothers etc.

2. Sue everything and every one.
