AMD has released the Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 17.12.1 driver

Nice. I did a fresh install of my OS last week after a Windows Update killed my install. Sure I could've fixed it but I was due a refresh anyway.

Either way I've been waiting for Adrenalin before uninstalling the default drivers Windows installs and installing proper ones. I was expecting a longer wait.

Looks like I'm going to have a fun night! We'll see if this can replace HWiNFO64 and RivaTuner.

To be honest I'm surprised you were able to get so much written already.

Another site quickly tested three games and found performance hadn't increased very much from the previous driver, but it's possible Vega will be the one to benefit mostly.

I wouldn't be surprised if this driver release has anything to do with Sapphires Nitro+ Vega card coming out shortly

Hell yeah AMD now that's a driver update!
If I was using AMD I would definitely love having that app on my phone. Just use it for checking performance instead of having an Overlay on my screen.

Going to install this on my brothers computer now. Very impressive driver and nice write up Mark

Does it even work? I updated the drivers, the AMD link app it's going to crash either the phone app or the driver utility itself, when I click on the global profile setting the utility also crashes, trying to use the Overlay, also crashes... DDU'ed it still the same problem... TF AMD?!
