I think its a fake, the A64 architecture does less work per cycle than Conroe, so would have to be hitting higher speeds than the Conroes there, so say around 4GHz+. Given that AMD have clearly had problems with scaling the clockspeed despite a shrink from 130 to 90nm and dont seem to be having all that much luck with 65nm either, i doubt that they have suddenly found a way scaling much higher much more easily, and if they did im sure there would be more of a song and dance about it.
