Politics aside, it's a good move for Dell imo. AMD's lineup may not be blistering pace setting - but they more than "do the job" and I've predicted the energy thing from a customer's pov (rightly or misguildedly) is a big seller.

The don't top the '3dmark' scores, but they can play anything. Similarly 'do anything'.

ATI department have totally brought back credibility.
