According to legend I could use an Nvidia card that doesn't drive any displays to do PhysX computations and CUDA calculations while the main screens are driven by an AMD Card.
Has anybody here attempted to do this with two AMD Cards running in a CrossFire configuration + an Nvidia Card in a third PCI-E slot?
The Hardware I plan to use for this is:
ASUS Sabertooth Z87 (C2)
2x AMD R9 290X (CrossFire)
Nvidia GTX 460
I don't need to know it for this exact setup, more generally I just want to know if 2 AMD cards work with one Nvidia card.
