not for me

As I will want to play next gen games I wouldn't buy one of these. For friends/family surfing and office pcs then great, but I've tried them for gaming and they cant handle even stuff like ninja gaiden z with crossfire 6570.

great value and great in certain situations but not good enough yet for next gen games with demanding graphics.

AMD really need to go back to the drawing board, sure the mobile market will benefit from the Carrizo-L, but really AMD another APU...

We have to remember here guys that the APUs are what sell mainstream. Honestly how many people buy/need 8 cores?

AMD are working on a new core architecture, Carrizo/excavator will be the final line of CPU of the bulldozer line. AMDs next CPU should be interesting, it will hopefully be a good new architecture and almost certainly arrive on a new process node (28nm just isn't small enough lol).

@Wraithguard well by FX I didn't mean the Vishera/Bulldozer architecture that is currently available.
I'm talking about FX as the "enthusiast grade" platform CPUs that will come with a new architecture this time in the future, hopefully
