AMD have today announced their new Radeon Pro Duo GPU, offering two Polaris 10 GPUs with a typical board power of less than 250W.

Having a Fiji Pro-Duo I was so confused when I saw this. AMD seem to want to outdo Nvidia on incomprehensible product names.

"Titan p or Titan pascal?"
Fiji Pro-Duo or Polaris Pro-Duo?"

EDIT: Thats a damn good price for a Pro level dual GPU card with 16Gb of VRAM per core. The Fiji Pro-Duo will still outperform it at nearly 17 TFLOPS but the 4Gb HBM limit can be a real bottleneck for rendering at times.

The Fiji version was marketed towards Pros more than gamers, though it is more of a hybrid card as you could install both Crimson & Fire Pro drivers. They even had the tag line "For gamers who create and creators who game." The blue Radeon Pro colour scheme came after the original Pro-Duo launched, which has replaced Fire Pro

2 WX7100's, that VRAM will be ECC.

If they use the same blower fan for Vega the card should run quiet, when I tested the SSG AMD have loaned me it was much quieter than I expected even with the fan at 100%. Pretty sure its a better revised design from the reference RX480 blower fan.
