AMD A6-3670k temps not showing up

anyone else with an AMD A6-3670k able to monitor their temperature properly... with both HWMonitor and the OC3D made one (from dug) report 2C-6C which is OBVIOUSLY wrong as my room temp is not -20C, its +20C ..........

anyhelp or advice on another program to try out?

I put a build together with an A8-3870K and couldn't get hwmonitor to read the temps properley either. However it read fine in the bios monitor.

AMD probes are rubbish

most of the code is wrote was based off an intel architecture

even though my app will read certain AMD CPUs (prior to BD) correctly, the ports were changed

it is one of the main reasons why my "AIO app" has been put on hold.

i am waiting for the next AMD chipsets to be released. current APUs and 990FXs are rubbish

Try core temp. Also I forget what its called but there is a way in some amd boards to change the firmware used in the bios settings. one will read temps fine one wont. ecc or amd. something like that.
