It's not par for the course. You don't like it or you got a bad boss? Leave. Easy as that. Like any low skill job in the US it's easy work. You just do something else. Nobody is forcing you to work at a terrible place. Mcdonald's will pay you the same money and it'll be way easier work.

I didn't mean the work conditions I meant the idea that your health should come at a cost and if you can't get a good job then ah well that's nature, sorry didn't mean to compare anyone or conditions to animals just that acceptance of extreme hierarchy even down to health, that allows situations like Amazons working conditions to be accepted. Surely all of society benefits if its members are healthier and happier.

The natural state of affairs in life is that the "weak"(Which can be just someone who decides to do a profession deemed "low skill" like a carer or just someone who can't get another job in times of mass unemployment or something nowadays) will suffer, but why would that be a desirable one to maintain now? (Not saying Europe is by any means great on this and Amazon get away with these bad conditions in Europe too but there's much less acceptance of it and very little in the way of endorsement of these kinda of conditions as okay, hence unanimous adoption of universal healthcare and so on)

Why is asking billionaires to pay for some proper training, slightly higher wages and more staff to avoid overworking considered to be unjust or undesirable, as if asking the wealthy to not exploit the working class (In order to accelerate their wealth growth at extreme rates) contravenes some kind of sacred law. It's not like it's just a hierarchy of who has nice things, it's a hierarchy of mental health conditions, long term injury risk and life expectancy.
