Alphacool HF top leak

So i finished installing my water cooling parts in my PC, started filling it up and the pump top started to leak

I don't know if you can see in the picture, the water is coming out from that little gap between the top parts

I've tightened the screw's hard, and yes, the O-ring is on the pump.

I really don't know why the top is leaking

Is the O-Ring in the right place ? You might aswell check for some kind of debris that makes the ring sit wrong. On the second pic you posted, if i am correst the o-ring is not in the right place (should be on the right side of the top junction)

Also some pics from the side of the unit could help

i disassembled the top. This is how the O ring is sitting:

And this is how it looks from the side:

and i'm pretty sure there are no cracks.
Now if it will leak again I think i'm gonna contact Alphacool.

just finished installing the pump, and it's not leaking anymore.

There's just one issue, there's some weird noise coming out of the pump when i put it on max speed (5)
