Air from CPU block

Hi all,

I am now just testing my new build system for leaks etc' and have found that I am getting air in the line coming out from my Swiftech GTZ block.

There is no air in the line going to the block but it is very obvious in the line out. I have checked the barbs and hoses also resealed the barbs with new washers and ptf tape but it makes no difference.

There are no water leaks anywhere.

Could the block seals be letting air in without letting water out or is this a normal thing to be happening ?

Thanks for any help.

.

If this is the first charging of the loop them yes bubbles are normal.

Running the leek test for 24-36 hrs should remove the bubbles and naturally show up any leeks.

If you get small bubbles sticking to the tube walls it's time to start flicking those tubes!!

I had a pocket of air in both my Supreme and Edge for a good 15-16 hours after filling. Usually a good few minutes of tilting and rocking will do the job.;)
