Age Of Empires 3 Problems Help!!!

hey guys, i have installed age of empires 3, and everytime i load it it freezes, when it freezed i end tasked it and open it up again but this time as it was loading i pressed alt tab and it WORKED!!! W.T.F, so everytime i have to play it i have to alt tab it and re open it wtf?? wats wrong with this game any info cheers!

yep i have twice lol, and i got 2 x 512ram im sure thats enough and when i alt tab it it works fine and i can play normely! wTF! :s

as i said bro try a re-install (keep all your saves if you are far)

could try looking for a conflict with something as well eg. drivers etc etc

check the resolution settings in game, ganes normally minimise when the resolution and frequency settings are slightly off what they should be.

try 800x600 @ 60hz and work your way up til it works
