Advice for new cooler?

Hey guys, got a dark rock advanced c1 here that I'm not very happy with and looking to replace. Temps are pretty bad with this thing now and i have ruled out TIM application and mounting.

Right now with this cooler I am getting 80 - 85c under prime small fft on my i5-4670k running 4.3ghz with 1.2v and a 20.5c ambient. I initially purchased this for it's silence and stunning looks but now I'm just looking to replace it with something that has performance above all else. Don't really care about noise although silence is a bonus. I don't have much more than about 40 quid to spend either. What would you guys recommend?

I think that the Coolermaster hyper 212 is highly rated for the price, I think it's around 25 quid.

What about any of the Scythe coolers? Those are mahoosive heatsinks for pretty competetive prices. You could go for either the Mugen 3 Rev. B or the Mugen 4 PCGH Edition (with 2 fans for push/pull).

If you buy the Mugen 3, you might even have some money left to buy a static pressure optimized fan such as a Corsair SP120 or Noctua NF-F12.

I actually used to have the hyper tx3. i have it in my living room pc now running a q8200 passive @ stock
