It's like a support issue I think... Most laptop mem is 333 for some reason.

That wld be cool, but Waffles, the current AMD roadmap says Socket M2 I think it's called, supports only DDR2..but by then DDR2 will be lower latency wise. They're already getting 'acceptable' latencies now...but, they shld be lower.
