A new player enters - Watch Intel's ARC GPU reveal here

I hope many people will buy Intel discreet graphics so true gamers can buy Nvidia more cheap :-) More competition is always a good thing for consumers!

Hate to say it, but true gamers dont buy any GPU. They play console. I don't care who buys what as long as the market returned to normality, which in 2022 is never going to happen.

I think my days of PC upgrading are finally over.

My coment was about Intel GPU, which will be PC/notebook exclusive. No consoles with Intel GPU are anounced yet (the day will come).

My days of upgrading PC are probably over too, as I do not need to upgrade anything (unless i get too excited AGAIN with Nvidia 4080 :-).

I can play anything in 4K 100-120 FPS just fine. And everybody sane knows that 8K gaming is nonsense (except for Nvidia for obvious reasons).

True gamers will buy anything that they can get their grubby little mits on if it means they can play. Having high fps is not what makes someone a gamer, it's crippling carpal tunnel.

Pretty sure that PC outspends Console and that's besides the fact that most games are cheaper or easily available to be bought for cheaper.

Though I could be misremembering. I am not trying to argue against console players being gamers just in case anyone thought that. I love consoles too

Yeah up until about 4 years ago it was all consoles. Then the PC started to gain momentum, and it's now the leading platform. That is why games on PC are now £60 instead of the £25 they used to be.

20 years of PC gaming and I'm a proud owner of carpal tunnel in my right hand/wrist ^_^
