Actually I Do know one good thing bout that bastard system ....

the other good thing is when you install half life 2 on christmas day and then have to wait 5 hours to get to a stable steam server that doesnt crach halfway thru //what i did @ chrimbo//

That's not a good thing, because that's exactly what stopped me from being able to play CS:S two days ago.

Steam 'updated' and then gave me the error 'We could not connect to the Steam VAC servers' or something until they released another update later to fix it

Two days ago VAC wasn't connecting and CS:S was, so this must be a rare occurance. I feel special to get extra shit from Steam

It happened to a few other people too, strangely all of them in Australia (all the US and UK people on at the time had no problems).

Anyway.. At least it only took Valve a day to fix it

Yesterday I decided to play CSS ofline with bots.. but NOOOOOO steam did not want to let me. Every time I loaded the world it crashed!
