A G98 GPU Encased in a Keyring

AMD must surely have a $5 one coming out, within the same week, that just about holds as many keys as the lesser nVidia version (as long as they aren't impressive looking ones with security or imobilizer switches), held together with black-tape or similar.

lmao.

Not to put a fine point on it, but I did something very similar with some epoxy resin, a busted motherboard (which altogether cost 50p) with an nforce 5 chipset...9.99 seems a bit much really :(

Especially since they will have them made in bulk in china..

I'm using mine at the minute. At that price, if you wanted a different keyring, you could get a working p4 or athlon second hand and drill a hole in it.

How long did it take, total time start to able-to-be-used ?

Ah looks a lot more purty-er then I thought.

Doesn't take long, I just did a quick epoxy over the back and front to save it from scratches, and took a motherboard to bits (with pliers) so it probably took 20 minutes including setting time.

The nvidia one looks a lot sexier, but with a spot of perspex and some patience (and some epoxy resin) you could do something similar.
