80GB POS Samsung died

Like the title says, my HDD crapped out. Now, I can't fold for the team. I'm debating whether or not to go with the Seagate or WD drive. Which one is better/fails less?

(Off topic) My thoughts on my HDD (& PS3 that I'm posting this on) expressed in song. I think it's youtube for the tag. I can't check b/c PS3 doesn't support it.

I would go with the WD Green, its the ultimate storage drive

Thats if its for storage.

Because if its for OS, then go for the Seagate, it also spins faster (at 7200rpm vs 5400rpm of the Green, hence the main reason the Green is quieter)

if you are going to store the OS on the drive then go with the seagate but if the drive is just for storage the go with the WD green
