some peeps unhappy...seems like their GTOs are in fact reebadged 7900GTXs...ones with below par RAM...hence the lower timings...any ideas on this guys?

yup, these are the leftover 1st gen gtxs which had some memory issues about 1 of 10 cards. mine is a good one, clocked straight to 800 with no probs.

using coolbits 800 is max selectable mem clocks.

you can extend the range using the registry

open up regedit and search for "Bart" (without the quotes)

it should take you to something like:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\Display\0000\NVidia\NVTweak\Hardware

you should now see the different simpsons keys, somewhere just below Bart should be a "Krusty" key.

simply copy the DWORD value from the Krusty key into the Bart key

you might need to reboot after changing the registry, but you should now see an extra 25% in the overclocking sliders

Great purchase mate, u wont regret it. This card is by far the best deal right now. In fact I am picking one up for MrSmith and Newegg have stopped carrying them and I can only find one other place that has it in stock. They also want quite a bit more for it The GTO's got bumrushed HAAARD.
