780i HELP!!!!!!!

im considering getting dual SLI GTX 260s and would like to know everyones opinion of the EVGA 780i motherboard.

i need to know if this is a good motherboard?

If anyone has had any problems with it?

As far as SLi on 775 goes, then its probably one of the best.

But really, want to go SLi and get the most out of it? X58 and i7 id your best bet

If you want to overclock the ONLY board worth bothing with is the 790i.

If you just want sli then the 780 isnt as bad as the boards that came before it.

Nvids had shocking reliability problems so make sure if its used you are covered for waranty.

I agree with tiny, I owned the 780i and overclocked both a dual core and quad core on it, but I felt hindered by the board not that I didn't get great overclocks, but I know the chips had more and the mobo was the hindering part.

Yeah the EVGA 780i FTW would be better if you could get that one is a great board again 790i FTW if you're going to be overclocking heavily.
