680sli settings

Hi just got sli 680's having problems with some games.
Stuttering in bf3 and when i play darksiders 2 its even worst.
I have a dell 27 2560x1440 60hz monitor.
Should i be using Adaptive v-sync or just v-sync?

306.02 is beta. Go to 301..... (whatever the digits after the decimal )

Yeh, I've always had issues with beta drivers.
