Hey guys i'm buying a 6600GT gfx card agp 256mb. will i be able to play game which come out in the future such as cod:modern warfare, or et:quake wars ?

The 6600GT is a good card, It should be able to play those games no problem at medium detail levels (providing you arn't using an insane resolution).

I have a 6600gt 128MB AGP, I run BF2 at medium to high settings and thats a hog! The 256MB should help with the bigger games and you will definately be able to play a lot of the games coming out, but with things like UT2007 I'm expectin to play it on low

Yes it does run full on a 7800 GS cause my friend has a gt version and he plays it full, and gs is the better i think, so it plays full yes @ 1280*1024

For nVidia cards, GTX > GT > GS. For ATI, I think it's XTX > XT > XL

Why can't they make it simple and just call it high, medium, and low?
