Ok guys, spoke to OCZ about my psu acting funky and they are telling me it's some comaptibility issue with the motherboard :( I can get it to work but I have to turn off all of the fans for it to be able to boot up and then I can turn them all on once it's booted, kind of ridiculous if you ask me.

So I need to make a choice... Should I just keep the PowerStream and deal with the small glitch or should I return it to Newegg and get myself a PCP&C 510 Turbo-Cool Express SLi to replace it?

All i've heard about the DFI SLi is that I should get an OCZ, now you tell me this!!

What, do they say that there is a problem or not?

U need to be certain its the PSU, coz it would suck if you had to wait ages longer for an rma and the new psu to be delivered, only to find it is the same problem.

Frag told me the OCZ Rep said that the 600z Powerstream has issues with the DFI SLi-D board with booting issues with fans being on or something to that issue.

Damn shame cause I may have to re-think my decision too :(

U guys need to give a Ryanpower a try.

My rails under load are:

+12v = 12.12v

+5v = 5.09v

+3.3v = 3.33v

Certainly can't complain about that!

Well considering I've had 2 of them now with the exact same problem I would imagine the OCZ rep is correct in his assumption that there is a compatibility problem with the psu and the mobo.

Here's my current plan: return antec neopower to bestbuy for $160, buy PCP&C psu, wait till it comes in, install it, then return ocz psu for refund with newegg.

No downtime..sounds like a master plan to me :D

No downtime is always good... Everyone seen PCP&C's new website? It's quite awesome compared to the old gay ass page they used to have.
