Hello I'v been gettin troubles with my asus 5850. every now and then when it should be on idle(nothing open) it keeps idle clocks but has it's activity reading 99% and heats into the high 50's low 60's when i restart it'll be back at 0 activity. any idea what is causing phantom activity?

Can you go into the task manager and see what processes are running?

re-install the drivers with the latest release

PS: is it overclocked (original firmware) ???

still locked not overclocked not checked task manager while it's freakin out it seems to do it once a week and totally randomly as for drivers have newest happened on 10 aswell
