Well that`s just absolutely fan-freakin-tastic !
I do wish sometimes that the time-lines of release stuff in the pc industry was more open and less cloak`n`dagger. We have to rely on websites bending ndas and posting leaks to be anything semi-sure on what`s coming out.
Great for the companies, I can understand that side of things, but a real pita for the enthusiast imo.
I`ve never gotten over why to find out what nVidia/Intel/AMD are going to come out with next, u don`t go to their website. Less so Intel maybe.
So in 2 weeks I planned on buying a GTX280.. a few weeks after that there may well be something else ? bah.

I thought of you when I posted it actually... I remember you saying that you were planning on buying something soon and was asking when the new 280s were gonna be about.
I feel your pain on the keeping things a secret front... They should announce these thing in advance. That way it would give people a chance to plan properly and even save money for the next big upgrade.
