530w psu + gtx260 or?

get a corsair HX750 and a gtx 280 (for foldin)

only upgrade the gpu to a 275 or a 285, its not worth it otherwise as a decent 260 55nm should do 7k ppd all fday long

Is a 530 psu fine for a gtx260 then tom? I was gonna get a Black Edition from XFX using a Corsair HX620, but their site said at least 630W was needed, so I was gonna go for a HX750W cos I'm a safety freak.
