530w enough?

hi guys

building a pc for my brothers mate. currently have a 630w be quiet psu in the basket. will be running a 2500k,8gb ram, reference 6850 and a hdd. could i put in a 530w to save money?(700 budget but he needs a monitor to :/) any help is appreciated

More than enough, I used to run my 6850 and 2500k overclocked on a 450w PSU no probs.

what brand though? if some 3rd party/no name from south korea then no, but if something like corsair or antec then its more than plenty

its a be quiet psu. used antec ( in mine) corsair in my other mates beast pc then a be quiet in my mates sisters home pc. they seem a good brand but i thought id best ask

i know 3rd party ones are s*** because my brothers other friend had a pc built for him by someone i know and it died within a week :/
