First time I've overclocked my MSI GTX 7800 (256MB). It auto detected 505/1.35ghz but I've lowered it to 500/1.35 just in case it's being a little optimistic lol..

That's using the NV78 with a single C-Systems mag pump.

Well...I`m only using a GT but I hit 513/1300 on the stock cooler. Also tightened all my RAM timings by 1.

Most GTXs seem to be doing 1400 without too much bother...the GTxs get better RAM than the GT :)

Good start though!

Well that's quite a good start then - considering this loop is a single c-systems pump AND a G4 Storm block I dont think its doing too bad at all! The 4800 is at 220FSB too.

yer, the ram timing is good, but the core is a little low. TBH water cooling wont make too much difference until the insane clocks, and if you change the voltage like Mav.

Mine is on 540/ 1360, i am happy with the core speed, but the ram is a bit slow, and most times wont go over 1340 willingly. am on air, although have a polarflo tt vga i cant be bothered to connect it up, as the core is fine as it is, quite cool.
