keep the claw the venice 3200+ wil prob reach bout 2.5-2.6 claw bout 2.9

but if my clawhammer is a failed fx 55 then what was rong? has it trouble at 2.6ghz because as soon as i go over 2.65 it wont boot in to windows?

oh max ceiling is 2.65 on that (keep 4 gettin its a failed fx chip) venice is better in that case;

45 sec a frame really it depends on what WU u are processing @tm

the venice is more efficient at the same speeds and both should reach about 2.8 so get the venice

I think I have my problem nailed.... back to suspecting the PSU...

I've been noticing HUGE vcore droops which means the other rails are weak as fuck too.

Try 1.734 to 1.789 That's some fuckin' shit! Time for a PowerStream I can see... I've had to continually lower my OC as the psu gets worse and worse. Prolly about ready to shit on me completely.
