Wow, that`s atleast a year ahead of the impression I had in my mind.

There`s going to be some nice innovations in small-tech coming along. Phones are the obvious target. I`m sure there`ll be other things tho.

I saw a bit on that, but it was a demonstration.. seeing as it isn't public yet. I think 40nm will be public in the coming months.
