3x rig builds

hi guys so ive been a busy boy...
the mrs went nuts and took the kids out lol...

Just finished upgrading my PC, threw together another PC mostly from spares for the Mrs and my best mates CPU died so i had to sort him out an upgrade

My PC
Bitfenix Prodigy
3570k
Gigabyte gab75 mini itx board (not happy with this one)
8gb crucial ballistix (1866)
240 OCZ agility 3
1tb mechanical
KFA2 GTX 670 OC
H70 with fans from the Bitfenix
OCZ Modxtreme 600 PSU
Antc Bigboy 200 on the front

those 120's on the front are now gone had to really mess around to get the antec on.
for those looking @ the antec big boy please note that strangly the mounting holes don't match anything. i measured them and the gaps are 150mm wtf??
ok there is 2 things i want to change

1. the Mobo. chipset and manufacturer both stated that this board can overclock, and i can TO A MAX OF 3.6!!!!!!. really annoyed about this i complained to my etailer who said to contact Gigabyte they said that mobo can overclock depending on CPU and that my CPU was limiting the overclock. pft whatever i'll get a real itx mobo when i can afford it

2. i need a new screen when the budget allows it

Died a few weeks ago originally had an Asus Mobo (p55...x??? i think) with a i5 750 and a 5770.

Scythe mine2 with a be quiet mid 120 on the front
8GB vengeance 1600
a 560ti i had spare fro my old old sli amd rig (the mrs got the other one)
700w coolermaster silent pro (from old rig)
1tb mechanical

he is well into his gaming i've told him he needs to get that GPU upgaded but he isn't fussed and as his monitor is only 1650 it don't need much more than the 560ti

yeah the prodigy was a bitch to manage, looked great until the psu went in then it all fell apart. still other than the no overclocking im pretty happy with the end result

Nice cable management in the prodigy. I know hoe much of a pain that can be I had to custom cut most of my cables to give it a unique look. nice build but the scout looks nice as well. I have got to say the Raven spoils it with the stock cooler but all in all nice job

aye but i didnt see any point in putting an aftermarket cooler in there really.
its only a little i3 that can't overclock and runs really cool and quiet thanks to the RV03.

mate if there was some way to get a decent waterloop inside an matx case i would totally be down for that. no need for bulky cases if you have a single gpu configuration.

yeah these on water aint easy i've only seen one that i really like but not sure if it'd be cool enough for a hardcore OC

temps will be pretty shit as soon as you add a gpu into the mix.
a case where you could fit 2x 240 monsta, that would be cool.

^^^ thats easy to do. Only problem is that you need the height to be able to put at least 105mm of space(minimum) in the top or bottom and still have room for another 105mm of space in the front with enough wiggle room they don't interfere with eachother. Thats that hard part. Few cases meet that requirement in the Mid-tower section so an itx is kind of impossible lol
