Managed to get 28182 3DMarks xeon w3565 (i7-960) and my Gigabyte GTX570 windforce.

I overclocked the xeon to 4.4 without HT. and the GTX 570 to 870/2020/1740 @ 1.050v.

Not sure is it OK, tell me what you think and any tips for improving?

Nice score for a x58 chip at 4.4ghz.

Try go for 900mhz on core at 1.1v..... Gtx570 is able to run 1.15v in benches, but wont recommend it for normal use.

What is your cpu temps? And is it under water?

Hi

Thanks and I did a quick test with IntelBurnTestV2 top temp on it was 75 I am prob on the brink of BSOD lol, will do a proper stresser tomorrow. Using a Zalman flex, 2 arctic cooling F12 3 pin (set to voltage in BIOS), RV02B-W side open.

75c is a little high,if you just had a better cpuheatsink

.No bsod i think. That would have happened during cpu-test in 3dmark06.

Hi guys also any advice on QPI voltage & what volts these 1366'c can take on the core.

I did notice I beat the fastest i7 equivalent with a GTX570 so happy with that.

1,35-1,45 qpi volt is fine on air and water cooling.

vcore depends on how good the cpu is.

Nearly all bloomfield processors should be able to do 4.2 GHz with 1,35 volt vcore.
