I saw this article and thought it was worth a look due to it being a pretty hot topic. If you ignore Lost Planet (nvidia bias) and CoJ (amd bias) the cards are pretty even, with the 38's coming in cheaper.
CF scales like a beast too, so you can keep your awesome Intel chipset. I know Kemp and a few don't like multi card setups but this looks good to me. Also many state the IQ on the reds to be higher than the green counterpart...

Edit: Well people, I found this review at driver heaven which resulted in my cancelling my order. This was also a Vista bench but here the AA/AF problem returns to AMD, the worst part is the bad and the ugly pages of CF testing... hl2/gow/wic are titles im currently messing around with and they didn't play well at all. I don't want to wait for drivers... The boost in crysis was negligble. So, they aren't as great as I was led to beleive. Still good cards for the price but not for me...
