This could be the best investment I can imagine, Imagine all the car/rc/pc/home appliances replacements you can create on youre own while saving a ton of money, I WANT IT, I dont care how much it costs but I want it!

well there are plenty already available at much higher costs, but with MUCH better print quality, go nuts

Customized truly ergonomic mice? Fan propellers - one of my Corsair 140mm fans broke the other day and I really don't know how!

That's probably true, but who knows what kinds of material we will be able to use. This might open up possibilities for certain structures and elements to indiviualize your cables even more.

Have you watched a none time-lapse 3d print?

You've got your wires crossed (lol) dude.. it'd take ages to print a cable

It does indeed! Around 40 minutes to print a 1" x 1" cube With these printers though I feel a 3D scanner won't be far behind.

I know, we have a 3D printer at my college, took ages to print out a small cogwheel. The printer might need more time, but i don't have to pay attention to what it is doing.
