2 pin to 3 pin connectors for fans?

Hi,

I have a fan controller which has 2 x 2 pins and I need to get 2, 2pin to 3pin connectors for the fans power.

Is there anywhere you can get these?

Thanks for your time :)

If Im reading it right the 3rd pin is just for RPM signals, so its not vital. They should work fine without the 3rd pin.

Oh ok thanks... I'll take a picture so you can check :P

Thanks for your help :) If there's anything else you want me to try I can do it whilst my case is open.

Check the volt ratings on the actual fan, but the red wire will be +ve and the black -ve (or 0v for dc).

If it does the +12v most pc fans do, it'll be a case of finding a way to get those red/black wires on the header the same way the normal 3pin does. Most weird looking ones will fit on.

U find weird 2pin connectors on those meant for heatsinks.

Be easier to get 2x 3pin connectors and take the 2 pins out of their connector and put them in the 3pin. Leaving the 3rd empty.

I have a 3 pin connector (which has 2 pins inside it), already, to molex, and when I plug it in and try shoving the weird 2 pin connector into the 2 pins it doesn't work either way.

The wire from the fan controller goes blue, red, green, red and spits into blue red and green red to be plugged into the fans.
