1Gb VS 2Gb

Hey guys! I think it is time to upgrade from my 5850. I am looking at the GTX560ti. I am struggling to decide if I should get the 1Gb or 2Gb model. I will be using the card for Folding@Home and super demanding games like FSX and the upcoming Battlefield 3 game.

For BF3 if you want to play at 1920 x 1200 with AA and other settings very high, then you will most likely use more than 1GB. If there is only a £25 difference, then go for the 2GB version.

Yeah I play FSX the most and my 5850 laggs at 1920x1080p on high settings with filtering and high AA.

Isn't your 570 1.3 GB, which should be fine. And if you game on 1080p it will be fine.

I doubt you will have any problems with a 1GB card but if you can afford a 2GB card then I don't see any reason not to buy one.
