everything looks fine except for the TMPIN1 temps :O. also your never going to get the most accurate volt readings using HWmonitor

All looks very reasonable. Voltages are all super safe - have a look at voltages when under load just to see how much the droop.

As GH said do you know what TMPIN1 is? That's quite hot.

tmpin1 is the motherboard temperature iirc.

don't rely on software for voltage measurements though.
