120Hz Monitor - Interpolation Program

Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to add interpolation (or upconvert my videos to 120 fps) to get that smooth motion look?

I'm looking for something similar to Samsungs 'Auto-Motion Plus' but for my PC.

I have an Asus VG278H; a 120hz monitor but I feel like my movies are lacking.

As well as my first question, are there drivers or programs out there that will allow me to view the Windows 7 interface in 3D?
